Itinerary Details :

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350 m)

Airport pickup, hotel transfer, trek briefing.

Day 2: Fly to Lukla (2,840 m) & Trek to Phakding (2,610 m)

Walking: 3–4 hrs; easy warm-up day.

Day 3: Trek Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)

Walking: 5–6 hrs; enter Sagarmatha National Park.

Day 4: Acclimatization Day in Namche

Hike to Everest View Hotel, visit Sherpa Museum.

Day 5: Trek Namche to Tengboche (3,867 m)

Walking: 5–6 hrs; visit Tengboche Monastery.

Day 6: Trek Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410 m)

Walking: 5–6 hrs; views of Ama Dablam.

Day 7: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

Hike to Nangkartsang Hill (optional).

Day 8: Trek Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910 m)

Walking: 4–5 hrs; memorials of climbers.

Day 9: Trek to Gorakshep (5,164 m) & Everest Base Camp (5,364 m)

Walking: 7–8 hrs; celebrate at EBC; overnight in Gorakshep.

Day 10: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 m) & Trek to Pheriche

Best sunrise view of Everest; walk down to Pheriche.

Day 11: Trek Pheriche to Namche

Walking: 6–7 hrs.

Day 12: Trek Namche to Lukla

Walking: 6–7 hrs; final trek day celebration.

Day 13: Fly Lukla to Kathmandu

Free day for rest or shopping.
