By booking a tour with Selected Tour and Travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment (depending on the package).
Clients must provide accurate personal details such as name, passport information, and contact details.
2. Payments
All payments must be made through approved methods (bank transfer, online payment, cash, etc.).
Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellations by the Client
If a client cancels the tour, refund amounts follow our Refund and Returns Policy.
Permit fees, visas, and flight tickets are non-refundable once issued.
4. Cancellations by the Company
Selected Tour and Travel may cancel or postpone a tour due to weather, political disturbances, natural disasters, or situations beyond our control.
In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or refund for unused services.
5. Travel Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to have travel insurance that covers illness, accidents, rescue, baggage loss, and trip cancellation, especially for trekking and adventure tours.
6. Passport and Visa Responsibility
Clients are responsible for having a valid passport, visa, and required permits.
We assist with visa processes, but final entry permission is decided by immigration authorities.
7. Health and Fitness
For trekking, high-altitude tours, and pilgrimage trips, clients must be physically fit.
Selected Tour and Travel is not responsible for health problems caused by altitude, medical conditions, or lack of preparation.
8. Changes to Itinerary
We may modify routes, schedules, or accommodations when necessary due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns.
Such changes are made to ensure client safety and comfort.
9. Unused Services
There is no refund for unused services such as meals, hotels, transportation, or tours if the client chooses not to use them.
10. Behavior and Safety
Clients must follow the guidance of tour leaders, guides, and support staff.
Any illegal activity, unsafe behavior, or disrespect toward local culture may result in tour termination.
11. Liability
Selected Tour and Travel is not responsible for:

Loss or damage of personal belongings

Delays caused by airlines, weather, or government actions

Injuries, illnesses, or accidents during the tour
We take every necessary step to ensure safety but cannot control external factors.
12. Complaints or Issues
If you have any concerns during the tour, please inform your guide or contact our office immediately.
We will do our best to solve the issue quickly.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour with Selected Tour and Travel, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
